    Designer: Cesare Lacca

    Architect and designer, Cesare Lacca was born in Naples in 1929. Like many Italian designers in the twentieth century, Lacca moved to Milan after World War II to launch his career. Even before the age of 21, his work was selected to be included in the historical exhibition Italy at Work, presented along with the best and brightest Italian designers such as Carlo Mollino, Franco Albini and Gio Ponti. Lacca has designed a large number of tea carts and serving carts in his career. Lacca’s most iconic tea cart was manufactured by the Italian brand Cassina. He also created many brass furniture with elegant designs, highly sought after by collectors today.

    Emmanuelle Vidal is an antique dealer in Toulouse, specializing in design from the 50s, 60s and 70s. Charlotte Perriand, Pierre Guariche, Le Corbusier, Ico Parisi, Pierre Paulin, Charles Eames… Tirelessly hunting down the creations of the masters of the 20th century, she then exhibited in various salons in Paris, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Antibes, Saint-Tropez and opened her gallery in 1997 in Toulouse. A unique place that is quickly becoming a landmark for collectors and enthusiasts looking for iconic pieces.
