Marion Mezenge
France

Marion Mezenge is a French artisan-designer based in Paris. A graduate of the École Boulle, she honed her skills in renowned Parisian workshops, notably with Erwan Boulloud and Charles Paris. At the same time, she co-founded the multidisciplinary workshop Edward Tisson before creating her eponymous studio in 2019. Metal is her preferred material, and light her medium.

Marion Mezenge explores the interactions between light sources, both natural and artificial, to disrupt the perception of matter and reveal its beauty. Her aesthetic is inspired by the tales of explorers, a true tribute to the splendor of inhospitable lands. Each piece, handmade in her workshop, is unique or produced in limited editions. Her work has been exhibited in various galleries, and she has received commissions for custom projects as well as carte blanche. In May 2024, Marion Mezenge received the Young Creation Prize for Artistic Crafts from the Ateliers d’Art de France.
