Superb “Saturn” lamp designed in the early 1980s by the Maison Lucien Gau. Its marble base houses an adjustable reflector in black lacquered metal and opalescent glass, elegantly framed by a large chrome-plated metal ring. This rare piece offers a soft and pleasant light, and is in a very beautiful original condition.

Designer: Josep Maria Magem Josep Maria Magem, initially trained in the family workshop and then in the applied arts in Barcelona in the 1950s, enriched his career with an apprenticeship in modern decoration with Armand Albiol. Back in Sabadell, his hometown, he introduced a new vision of furniture by founding his own space, Madom Design. This innovative place, both a workshop and a boutique, quickly became a benchmark for high-end design thanks to a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach. Magem is distinguished by a prolific production of lighting during the 1970s.
