Vintage rest bed by Joseph André Motte, published by the 4-Charron Group in the 1950s.

The structure consists of a footing of hot curved wooden blades in ash veneer, and panels at each end in mahogany veneer, a renovation neat by an art cabinetmaker. The mattress and cushion are redone, dressed in an ecru fabric. The bottom of the bed is made of plywood and foam covered with stretch fabric (faomback) by a professional. An unusual reference, to the recognizable design of its creator.

Vintage furniture in very good condition in accordance with age and use.
